11th (-3): Qaasim Middleton - Oh Qaasim....His vocals are just awful every week. I just don't understand why he is even still here in the competition. Honestly just so annoyed he's here. He or Daniel NEED to leave this week.
10th: Daniel Seavey (+2) - Daniel has moved up but only because Qaasim was so awful that it would be a crime to rank Daniel lower than him. With that being said Daniel should be the one to leave because at least Qaasim has the entertainment factor going for him. What does Daniel have?
9th: Quentin Alexander (+2) - Quentin has been getting better from week to week however I just feel the other contestants are a lot stronger than him that are left in the competition.
8th: Maddie Walker (-1) - Maddie has gotten a lot stronger with each performance she gives. I'm glad to see she's growing. I just hope that she can break the barrier faster before the other contestants surpass her.
7th: Adanna Duru (+2) - Adanna has shown up the last two weeks in my opinion even though last week got a little bit shouty for my likings she's been growing at just the right time. I think if she can keep up her momentum she could have a chance to take Tyanna down while she is weak like she has accomplished against Sarina.
6th: Rayvon Owen (-2): Rayvon is good but this week he really disappointed me because up to this point he really has blown everyone away every week. I hope he survives and can step it up.
5th: Joey Cook (+4): Joey made big strides with her performance and with the highest jump for the week. I'm so excited to see what she does next because "Fancy" was so great. The only thing Joey really needs to watch is to make sure if the love/hate of her performance is split to make sure the majority of the people are on the love side. If they end up on the hate side I can see her journey ending.
4th: Clark Beckham (+1): Clark stays about the same for me. I liked his performance but I didn't love what he did this week. I really hope Clark can start picking more interesting song choices because if he doesn't I fear he will become a shock boot.
3rd: Jax (-): Jax disappointed me this week but I felt like she did a bit better than half of the others. The last few weeks I have really loved Jax and I think one misstep shouldn't count so much against her. If she goes back to what she did the last 3 weeks I think she could do so real damage on the idol stage.
2nd: Nick Fradiani (-1): Nick was good, not great. I think it had a lot more to do with his nerves being the last person called as safe can do that to a person and then have to immediately perform after getting such great yet awful news at the same time can't be easy on a contestant. So I just took him down a slot because there has been one contestant who has dominated week in and week out.
1st: Tyanna Jones (+5): My prediction rang true about her beating out Sarina with the right songs. I think Tyanna has so far made the smartest choices in the competition and could really compete for the title. I hope she keeps up these great performances she's giving. As of right now she is the one to beat.
